The 11th International Kaleiçi Old Town Festival, organised by Muratpaşa Municipality, has begun in Antalya’s historic Kaleiçi district. According to information provided by the Antalya Governor’s Office, the festival is taking place from 8 to 11 October 2026, featuring 110 events spread across 25 different venues.
The Governor’s Office stated that the festival brings together participants from different countries and cities not only around culture and the arts but also around shared urban values. The events are being held in Kaleiçi, one of the key symbols of Antalya’s historical and cultural heritage.
Governor of Antalya Hulusi Şahin and his wife Ebru Şahin also attended the gala dinner as part of the festival programme. The Şahins mingled with the guests at the dinner.
