The most expensive overseas holiday purchased by Russian tourists between May and September 2026 was a 27-night holiday in Antalya for a group of 10 people, including two children, costing approximately $365,000. According to data shared by Maya Lomidze, Executive Director of the Association of Russian Tour Operators (ATSO), the cost of the holiday, including flights and food and drink expenses, was recorded as 30,375,000 roubles.
The list published by ATSO also reported that other high-budget trips to Turkey amounted to 23.3 million, 19 million and 18.5 million roubles. It was noted that these holidays lasted between 15 and 30 nights.
The average price of standard tours to Turkey during the summer season rose by 4 per cent, reaching a range of 250,000 to 300,000 roubles. It was announced that the increase in overall overseas holiday expenditure was between 4 per cent and 10 per cent compared with the same period in 2025.
