Temperatures reached 33°C in Alanya on the first day of September, sending both local residents and international tourists to the beaches.
Although the calendar now shows September, summer is still very much alive in Alanya. With the temperature reaching 33°C on September 1, beaches across the city remained busy throughout the day.
The sea temperature was measured at 30°C, while humidity stood at 64 percent. Taking advantage of the hot and sunny weather, both local residents and foreign visitors headed to the coast.
Summer Continues in Alanya in September
Some visitors cooled off by swimming in the sea, while others preferred to relax and sunbathe on the beach. Families enjoyed the day by the water with their children, and some holidaymakers spent their time taking part in water sports.
The scenes on the first day of September once again showed that Alanya’s tourism and beach season extends well beyond the traditional summer months.
With temperatures expected to remain high, activity along Alanya’s beaches is likely to continue in the coming days.
