As part of an investigation into alleged drug trafficking, simultaneous operations were carried out at two addresses in the Kızılcaşehir and Tosmur neighborhoods of Alanya. The operation, coordinated by the Alanya Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, led to the detention of F.Y., E.Ç., M.Ç., H.F.K. and S.S.
During searches of the addresses, officers seized an unspecified quantity of drugs, as well as Turkish lira and euros believed to have been obtained through criminal activity.
Following procedures, F.Y. and E.Ç. were referred to the courthouse and released under judicial control.
Checks revealed that M.Ç. had a final 7-year prison sentence for a drug-related offense, while H.F.K. had a final 8-year prison sentence. Both were sent to prison to serve their sentences.
S.S. was brought before a judge on a drug trafficking charge and was remanded in custody.
Of the five people detained in the operation, two were released under judicial control, one was arrested, and two others were sent to prison to serve previously finalized sentences.
