As part of the festival, delegations from Neu Wulmstorf in Germany, Kazanlak in Bulgaria, Kutaisi in Georgia, Biograd na Moru in Croatia, Gradara and Noto in Italy, Cork in Ireland, and Famagusta and Kyrenia from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will be hosted.
